What it is

Business simulation with 5 categories (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) to assess competencies, compare results and train decision-making.

  • Simulators bridge the gap between theory and practice in a risk-free environment.
  • Teams compete by category; if a category lacks volume, it will be reassigned.
  • Confidential management through institution codes.
Team formation
  • Each team registers within a category (Undergraduate or Postgraduate) and consists of 3 students.
  • Each institution can register a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 teams per category.
  • Each team requires: a name without reference to the institution (assigned code prefix) and emails/personal data of the members.
  • Recommendation: distribute students into balanced teams and validate emails before uploading them.

Key dates and steps

Institution registration
Deadline: July 22, 2026

Identify dean/director and coordinator; accept participation in the best-practice study.

Team registration
Deadline: September 28, 2026

Upload emails and personal data; name teams with assigned code prefix (e.g., E35_name).

Team call

You can use the site torneo.retocompanygame.com and the materials provided by the organizers.

Verify emails before uploading to avoid issues.

Recognitions
  • Certificates for institutions that complete the tournament.
  • Certificates for coordinators with teams in the top 10 of each category.
  • Diplomas for students with minimum activity achieved.
  • Recommendation: organize internal acknowledgments to share results and motivate future cohorts.

Quick guide

We invite academic coordinators, teachers or institutional representatives to register as institution coordinators.
Each institution can designate one or several coordinators, as deemed appropriate, to facilitate the academic and operational management of the tournament.
The coordinator will be the point of contact between the institution and the organization, and will support the registration process, monitoring and encouragement of the participating teams.
Registered coordinators will receive information, resources and key communications to ensure proper implementation of the tournament and adequate support for students throughout the competition.
